Sunnyvale Gardens Post Acute in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking compassionate Physical Therapy Assistants to join our rehabilitation department, under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

We are hiring for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities with an hourly rate of $46–$51 and comprehensive benefits. Join a resident-centered, collegial team focused on helping residents regain mobility and independence, improving quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current California PTA license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehab preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement targeted therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide therapeutic exercises and gait training to residents.
• Document treatments accurately in accordance with facility standards.
• Educate residents and families on therapy programs and outcomes.
