Mariner Healthcare seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to work under a licensed Physical Therapist to support a patient’s treatment plan in accordance with federal guidelines and state practice acts.

The PTA will provide direct treatment, document progress toward goals, and educate residents, family members, and caregivers on exercises and device care; complete required forms as required by policy and regulations.

Qualifications

• Direct treatment to residents per plan of care by supervising Physical Therapist.
• Document resident progress toward goals.
• Teach exercises to residents, family, and caregivers; may instruct on orthotic, prosthetic devices, and other assisting apparatus.
• Complete required forms/documents per company policy and regulations.

Responsabilités
