Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join the (company name) Home Health team. The PTA assists patients in their own homes to regain independence by improving mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities. The PTA collaborates with the PT, patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care and achieve established goals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
• Active registered PTA license in the state of practice
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR/BLS Certification
• One-year Physical Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting
• Current Driver's License and automobile insurance
• Compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
