Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking an outpatient orthopedic clinician at our Shelby, NC clinic. You will work with patients across ages and diagnoses in a patient-centered, session-based approach, with mentorship and autonomy in your specialty.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program and current or eligible NC PTA license. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour with bonus/overtime, student loan repayment, relocation assistance, and a supportive team culture.

• Must hold or be eligible for an NC PTA license.
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Strong patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient orthopedic PTA services to patients.

• Maintain documentation and treatment planning aligned with clinic goals.
