Job summary

The Lodge of Saginaw is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team in Saginaw, Texas. This full-time role focuses on facilitating rehabilitation and coordinating care with the clinical team to improve patient outcomes.

You will assist with implementation of PT care plans, communicate with patients and families, and participate in a compassionate, patient-centered care environment. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• PTA – Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas required.
• Healthcare settings (Skilled Nursing) experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities
• Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans
• Assist with coordination of care with entire care team
• Communicating effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, office support and other care team members

Must Haves

• PTA -Physical Therapist Assistantin the State of Texas
• Skilled Nursing, Healthcare (Long Term Care) or Veterans Homeexperience highly preferred
• Experience with EMR
