Job summary

The Lodge at Saginaw is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Skilled Nursing team in Texas. This full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to patients under a supportive care team.

Ideal candidates will hold a Texas PTA license, have experience in long-term care settings, and be proficient with EMR systems. We offer competitive pay, PTO, benefits, and a culture that values compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• PTA license in the State of Texas is required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, or Veterans Home is highly preferred.
• Experience with EMR software.
• Demonstrates compassion, flexibility, and a passion for therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitation of patients with emotional, physical or mental disabilities.
• Assist with implementation of physical therapy care plans.
• Coordinate care with the entire care team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and team members.

Responsibilities

Must Haves

• PTA -Physical Therapist Assistantin the State of Texas
