Corewell Health’s Rehab Rockford department is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to support patient rehabilitation under a PT’s direction. This full-time role offers day shifts and a 40-hour work week in Rockford, MI, with Monday–Friday scheduling.

You will contribute to patient and caregiver education, help implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and functional independence for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program.
• Licensed PTA- MI state upon hire or licensure required.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation therapy procedures under the supervision of a physical therapist.
• Assist with patient and caregiver education.
