Currently, we’re looking for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our community home care team. Along with the Physical Therapist, you will complete visits to clients in their homes in the Rochester area.

Comfort Health maintains high healthcare standards, and we are seeking someone to:

• Work directly with clients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Observe effects of therapy treatment and communicate clients' progress to the Physical Therapist
• Record and document client services
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care

The Physical Therapy Assistant will also ensure that home care services comply with current regulations and standards and must relate professionally with clients, staff, and family members.

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Minnesota Physical Therapy Assistant licensure
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

LOCATION:

• Rochester, MN area

SCHEDULE:

• Part-Time or Full-Time
• Monday to Friday
