As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist. You will use evidence-based techniques to help guests and residents improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, prevent disability, and work toward meaningful recovery goals.
You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team while communicating regularly with the onsite supervising Physical Therapist to share progress, address concerns, adjust treatment approaches, and support successful outcomes.
