Service Line: Hillcrest Rehab Facilities – servicing multiple locations within Bellevue, Papillion, and Millard
Schedule: Weekend | Minimum of 2 days per month
Hillcrest Rehab Services provides therapy support across Hillcrest Health & Living’s skilled nursing communities, including post-acute rehabilitation, short-term recovery, and long-term care. Physical Therapists play an important role in helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, pain management, safety, and independence.
Working closely with onsite clinical teams, Physical Therapists create individualized plans of care that help patients recover after illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization while supporting greater confidence, function, and quality of life.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist who is clinically curious, compassionate, and committed to helping aging adults improve mobility, confidence, and independence.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
Active Physical Therapist license in Nebraska or a compact state required.
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association required.
Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds.
Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, bending, standing, and movement as needed.
Must be flexible, calm, and professional in stressful situations.
Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Must be able to utilize technology and resources efficiently and effectively.
Possible exposure to communicable diseases and bodily fluids.
Other duties as assigned.
