Job summary

Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Murray, KY is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our resident-focused rehab program on-site.

You'll assist in planning and delivering PT services, document progress, collaborate with therapists, and help patients achieve optimum recovery in a compassionate team setting. Walk-in interviews welcome; a $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in practicing state(s) with education from an accredited program.
• Any additional certification/ registry, as required.

Responsibilities

• Apply selected forms of treatment or modalities under the direction of the physical therapist.
• Collaborate with the physical therapist to develop and implement recovery programs.
• Document services provided.
• Monitor patients’ progress and monitor treatments to ensure accuracy and timely dissemination of results.
• Consult patients and assist them in achieving optimum recovery.
• Maintain accurate records and complete appropriate documentation.
• Attend staff meetings and educational sessions as assigned.
