Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work at Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will provide skilled PTA services, helping residents regain function and independence within an interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) and have SNF or post-acute experience; Net Health documentation knowledge is a plus. Flexible schedule offered with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within this skilled nursing facility, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

PRN POSITION **Increased rates when medical benefits are waived.**

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
