Step Up Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for Merritt Island, FL, to support Solaris HealthCare Merritt Island in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. The role emphasizes collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence through skilled therapy.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited PTA program with an active Florida license or eligibility, preferably with SNF/post-acute experience, and familiarity with Net Health

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP. All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
