Job summary

Vertical Health Services is actively hiring Physical Therapist Assistants to join our in-house therapy team at a single Liberty, MO facility. You will assist with treatment plans across orthopedic, neurological and long-term care cases, under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in Missouri (or eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering treatment plans across diverse caseload (orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, long-term care).
• Support patient mobility and functional goals under supervision of Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with in-house interdisciplinary therapy team.
• Document care and track patient progress per SNF standards.

We're a locally managed, rapidly growing provider with 11 rehab facilities across Missouri - offering one consistent location, no travel between buildings, and supportive local leadership.

What You'll Do
