Job summary

Angels Care Home Health seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver in-home therapy under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. You will implement targeted components of interventions and tailor plans to home health patients, ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

The role requires CAPTE-accredited PTA education, current PTA licensure, CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation to visit patients in the community.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Current unrestricted PTA license or certification (state-specific).
• Current unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Evidence of CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.

• Maintain professional standards of care and documentation for home health visits.
