Job summary

CommonSpirit Health at Home is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our Marion County service area in Indianapolis. The PTA will support patients in their homes, helping them regain mobility and independence through coordinated PT plans.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in PTA, an active Indiana PTA license, CPR/BLS, and at least one year of PTA experience in a clinical setting. Mileage reimbursement and competitive wages are included.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Active PTA license in the state where you practice (Indiana).
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services in patients' homes to improve mobility, strength and function.
• Collaborate with PT, families and health professionals to deliver patient-centered care.

Job Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
