Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a Physical Therapy Aide/PTA-supported role, reporting to a Physical Therapist to implement treatment programs for patients across all ages in line with established physical therapy practices.

Required are a CAPTE-accredited PTA program, active PTA licensure, and BLS certification within 90 days; experience as a PTA or aide is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from CAPTE-accredited program (required).
• Experience as a Physical Therapy Aide or PTA (preferred).
• Current licensure as a PTA with active, in-good-standing status (required).
• Current BLS certification (required within 90 days of hire).
