Job summary

The Center at Lowry is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Denver, CO. You will work with a dynamic therapy team providing sub-acute inpatient therapy to a variety of individuals with medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and complex medical conditions.

Salary: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour. New grads are welcome to apply and you will operate under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist ensuring

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) therapy program – New grads welcome!
• Current state licensure
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• CPR Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services under supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in accordance with applicable laws and Center at Lowry standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to deliver sub-acute inpatient therapy
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with center policies
