The Center at Northridge in Westminster, CO is seeking a Weekend Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will work with a dynamic therapy team providing sub-acute inpatient therapy to a variety of individuals with medical conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and complex medical cases. • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Current state licensure as PTA.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a Licensed PT.
• Work within a therapy team to deliver sub-acute inpatient rehabilitation.
• Coordinate care and communicate patient progress with the interdisciplinary team.

The Center at Northridge is seeking weekend Physical Therapy Assistants for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. You will work with a dynamic therapy team providing sub-acute inpatient therapy to a variety of individuals with medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and complex medical conditions. Our Center strives to provide top quality nursing and rehabilitation services to our patients and we are looking for a motivated PTA with these same goals to join our interdisciplinary team.

Position Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) therapy program – New grads welcome!
• Current state licensure

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist Assistant provides direct therapy services in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral and under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Center at Northridge standards.
