Job summary

Quality Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Colorado Springs outpatient team. We offer full-time and part-time roles with no weekends, plus flexible weekday scheduling and 40-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions with no double booking.

You will assist licensed therapists, help implement individualized plans, monitor patient progress, and educate patients to improve mobility while contributing to a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Colorado PTA license or ability to obtain licensure before starting.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercises
• Monitor patient progress, tolerance, and response to treatment
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
• Educate patients on exercises, mobility, and proper techniques
• Communicate with Physical Therapists and other team members to support patient progress
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment

Full-Time and Part-Time Available | No Weekends!

• Full-Time: Choose between 4x10s or 5x8s
• Part-Time: Flexible weekday schedule
• Pay: $28–$34/hour based on experience and availability

About Us

Quality Rehab Physical Therapy is a privately owned outpatient rehabilitation clinic serving the Colorado Springs community for nearly 20 years. We focus on individualized treatment, strong patient relationships, and collaboration between our therapists and support staff.

Unlike high volume clinics, we provide 40-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions with no double booking. Our priority is giving therapists the time and support they need to provide quality care without feeling rushed.
