United Health Services (UHS) is seeking a dedicated support staff member for the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation department in the Southern Tier of New York. Position Overview

Maintains a clean and neat environment on a daily basis, keeps supplies in their proper order, distributes supplies, assists professional staff with patient transports in a timely manner, and assists patients with ambulation and predetermined exercise programs by following instructions accurately. Priority is given to those duties that require patient movement within the system and assisting the professional staff with patient treatment.

Primary Department, Division, or Unit: UHS Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Upper Front Street

Primary Work Shift: Day

Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Compensation Range: $17.05 - $22.17 per hour, depending on experience

Education/Experience

• Minimum Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Has a working knowledge of medical terminology, previous experience in patient care and clerical skills

License/Certification

• Minimum Required: CPR certification within first 3 months of employment.
• Preferred: Not Applicable
