Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide in Lexington to support patients and clinicians in routine administrative and clinical tasks. You will greet patients, assist therapists, and help with everyday clinic operations.

The role emphasizes patient care, accurate documentation, and teamwork in a fast-paced outpatient setting, with opportunities for growth and a focus on a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to document all projects clearly and manage production.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during procedures.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises under supervision.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restocks supplies and maintains restrooms and common areas.
• Answers phones, schedules appointments, and handles filing and charts.
• Assists with inventory and ordering supplies for the clinic.
