ATI Physical Therapy in Indianapolis seeks a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to support patient care and recovery. You will greet patients, assist clinicians, and help prepare treatment areas while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative PT/OT environment.

This role provides on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to therapy workflows. A high school diploma and a customer-service mindset are required, with opportunities for growth within a well-regarded healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during the daily check-in process and throughout their appointment time.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake to promote efficient operations.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up exercise equipment, and support therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
