Job summary

The CORE Institute in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to assist the Physical Therapist with patient care and implementing the plan of treatment. You will help maintain clear communication with patients, families, and other departments, and support front desk staff as needed.

This role focuses on keeping the clinic safe and efficient, caring for equipment, stocking supplies, and helping with daily flow on the rehabilitation floor.

Qualifications

• Out-patient PT clinic experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; technical program a plus.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist with patient care and implementation of the treatment plan.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with patients, family members, and other departments.
• Assist front office staff as needed.
• Respond to patient questions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Care for equipment and maintain a safe, clean clinic environment.
• Assist with supply inventory and stocking.
• Assist the director with special projects.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Assist all patients on the rehabilitation floor.
• Assist with seamless and efficient clinic function and daily clinic flow.
