Job summary

Highbar Physical Therapy in Rhode Island is hiring an Exercise Specialist/Physical Therapy Aide to support PTs and assistants. You will help maintain treatment rooms, assist with patient interventions, and handle front-desk tasks as directed by clinic staff.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and bilingual ability preferred; a bachelor’s in kinesiology is preferred. The role offers competitive pay starting at $18/hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field preferred.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the condition and cleanliness of treatment rooms and gym area meets standards.
• Assist clinical staff with patient intervention following plan of care as directed by the PT/PTA.
• Assist administrative staff with scheduling, intake, and communication with patients as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and manage supplies as needed.
