Highbar Physical Therapy is hiring an Exercise Specialist/Physical Therapy Aide to support licensed clinicians in patient care. This non-licensed role helps with exercise instruction, room upkeep, and administrative tasks under supervision.
The position requires a high school diploma, a bachelor’s in Kinesiology preferred, and ability to stand/walk for long periods. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; compensation starts at $18/hour with benefits and growth opportunities.
