Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative outpatient team in Washington. This role focuses on supporting therapists, greeting patients, and helping with intake and equipment preparation.

You'll gain hands-on training and exposure to physical therapy practices while working in a welcoming clinic environment. This part-time position includes benefits and 18+ eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is a high school diploma and being at least 18 years old.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with scheduling and patient intake for efficient flow.
• Review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete required forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
