• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing.
• Support front office tasks when needed, including calls, scans, payments.
• Aid therapists with sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment daily.
