Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas per therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with tasks during downtime (phones, scheduling, scanning).
• Aid therapists during sessions by providing materials and facilitating exercises.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment.
