ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide in Bonney Lake, WA. You will support the therapy team, welcome patients, prepare treatment spaces, and assist with exercises and home programs to help patients recover.

The role includes hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy concepts within a collaborative environment. A healthcare/CS background and 18+ years old are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Required: High School diploma.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Aufgaben

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake processes.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up exercise equipment for therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing prescribed home exercise programs.
