ATI Physical Therapy in Arlington, VA is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering patient care. This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule, 7am–7pm, and hands‑on training to support therapists and patients as they work toward recovery.

You will greet patients, assist with intake and scheduling, prepare treatment areas, monitor progress, and help patients with home exercises.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and support home exercise programs.
