Athletico Physical Therapy in Oak Park, IL is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support the Patient Experience Coordinator and clinicians. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and perform essential administrative duties in compliance with state practice acts.

You will help prepare patients, maintain equipment and charts, and collaborate with therapists and assistants in a friendly, patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Ability to document projects clearly and work as a team.
• Compassion toward patients and ability to stay energetic.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist with devices.
• Support therapists during treatment and provide routine care.
• Assist with answering phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Maintain restrooms and clinic areas; restock supplies.
• Handle inventory and ensure clean work environment.
