Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and perform administrative tasks in compliance with state requirements.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, prior rehab aide experience preferred, and strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills. This role emphasizes compassionate patient care and teamwork within a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal). Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production. Attention to detail and time management skills. Patient satisfaction: Providing care/service that exceeds expectations. Energetic and a team player. Compassion toward patients. Complete tasks thoroughly. Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during treatments.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients with exercises and activities under staff direction.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, modalities like Ultrasounds, Electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets; restocks supplies.
• Assists in answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork.
• Assists with inventory of non-medical and medical supplies and may order items.
