Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide in Lincolnshire, IL. The role supports clinicians, greets patients, and performs administrative and basic clinical duties in alignment with state practice acts.

The position offers a suite of benefits and requires a high school diploma with prior rehab aide experience preferred. You will work closely with therapists and support staff to deliver patient-centered care in a collaborative clinic setting.

Formación

• High school graduate; intern preferred.
• Previous clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Ability to clearly document projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Patient-focused care; energetic team player.
• Compassion toward patients; thorough task completion.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments to put on/remove devices, assists therapists during treatments and provides routine treatment.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises and functional activities.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, modalities such as ultrasound/electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens, folds and maintains linen cabinets; restocks supplies.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing paperwork and charts.
• Keeps track of non-medical and medical clinic supplies; may order inventory.
