Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on patient care. You will greet patients, assist with intake and scheduling, and support therapists with treatment setup and progression.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with patient intake, registration, and scheduling for clinicians.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
