Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Preferred: Healthcare-related education or experience such as physical therapy assistance, medical assistant, or similar fields.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling alongside clinicians.
• Review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms for new patients.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, and set up/adjust exercise equipment for therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
