Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is hiring a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and perform administrative tasks in compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and prior rehab aide experience preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills. Benefits are provided for part-time staff, including insurance and EAP options.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Work Experience: Prior Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, attention to detail, time management, patient satisfaction, energetic team player, compassionate toward patients, thorough tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy and assists with treatments.
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises and functional activities.
• Administers routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasounds, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Maintains linens and restocks supplies.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Helps track and order clinic supplies as needed.
