Qualifications

• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote an efficient patient intake and registration process and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients: review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Support therapists by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and adjusting equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
