Professional Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly Physical Therapy Aide to support our clinical team and help ensure a smooth patient experience at our Massachusetts clinic. This part-time role is ideal for students pursuing a career in physical therapy or healthcare, offering hands-on experience and exposure to outpatient therapy.

You will assist with setting up treatment areas, preparing equipment, helping patients position themselves, and maintaining a clean, safe clinic.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Familiarity with HIPAA/OSHA guidelines is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Assist patients with setup and positioning during therapy sessions.
• Monitor equipment and follow directions from clinical staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming clinic environment.
• Prepare hot and cold therapy modalities.
• Support general clinic operations, including laundry and light cleaning tasks.
