Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide in Belmont, NC to support patient care and the therapy team. You will greet patients, assist with check-in, schedule appointments, and help prepare treatment rooms and equipment.

The role offers hands-on training and mentorship with opportunities to learn about physical therapy and rehabilitation, while contributing to patients' recovery and well-being in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience in healthcare and/or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with scheduling and efficient patient intake/registration.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits and complete forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and follow home exercise programs.
