Job summary

The CORE Institute in Broomall, PA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists, assist with non-Medicare patients, and handle front desk and clinic tasks. This full-time role offers 30-35 hours per week and may require early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.

Responsibilities include assisting with treatments, monitoring exercises, preparing treatment areas, and handling scheduling, registrations, and payments. CPR certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Prior PT/rehab or outpatient clinic experience preferred.
• Experience assisting with patient mobility or therapeutic activities preferred.
• Customer service experience in a healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with treatment of non-Medicare patients and set up exercise machines.
• Monitor patient exercises and form as directed by therapists.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment after each patient.
• Perform front desk duties: phones, scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and payments.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and laundry, participate in staff meetings, keep CPR current.
• Support clinic operations and assist with other duties as assigned.
