Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join our Bryn Mawr, PA team. This full-time role supports therapists, handles front desk tasks, and helps maintain a clean, efficient clinic.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and CPR certification, with preferred experience in PT/rehab settings and strong patient-facing customer service skills. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in a physical therapy, rehabilitation, or outpatient clinical setting preferred.
• Experience assisting with patient mobility, exercises, or therapeutic activities preferred.
• Customer service or patient-facing experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• According to the DOT, physical therapy aide strength is medium; must be able to assist with resistive activities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist therapists with non-Medicare patient treatments and set up treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient exercises and form as directed by therapists.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment after each patient use.
• Perform front desk duties: phones, scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification, charge entry, and payment posting.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and laundry.
• Attend monthly staff meetings or obtain written agenda if unable to attend.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Support clinic operations as assigned.
