Spine & Sport Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide in Oceanside, CA. You will support patients transitioning to therapy, handle scheduling and billing, and assist therapists with exercises in a fast-paced clinic.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Full-time schedule with clinic hours Mon-Fri, open 7am-7pm, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a Physical Therapy Aide preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to assisting individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in transitioning to therapy areas, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Provide customer service and support to ensure a positive patient experience during transitions.
• Prepare therapy equipment and treatment areas according to therapist instructions.
• Maintain organized patient records, schedule appointments, and handle billing procedures.
• Assist front office with calls, document scanning, scheduling, and payments.
• Aid therapists by supplying materials and facilitating exercises during sessions.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas and equipment, including daily cleaning and stocking.
