Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC seeks a dedicated member for the Physical Therapy department. The role assists licensed staff in preparing environments and patients for treatment, supporting team-based care to improve patient outcomes.

Assists licensed personnel in the preparation of the environment and patient for treatment. Performs delegated duties as assigned by the clinical staff. Works as an effective Team member that contributes work efforts towards the improvement of quality patient care.

In addition, specific functions may change from time to time: Recognizes, selects, and utilizes effective methods of verbal and non-verbal interactions based on the age of the patient Assists therapist with plus-two patient mobility activities Assists licensed personnel in the coordination of the delivery of therapy services Efficiently utilizes resources of human, equipment and supplies Supports therapists and department in various tasks and activities as assigned and delegated Authorized to have access to medications due to their job responsibilities after successfully completing annual on-line mandatory education titled “Medication Security” Other duties as assigned
