Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support patient care and clinic administration. You will greet patients, assist clinicians during treatments, and help with basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and attention to detail to support therapists and patients in a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Work experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and technical skills: strong communication and presentation skills; ability to document clearly; attention to detail and time management; patient satisfaction focus; energetic team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises and activities.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities like Ultrasounds or Electrical stimulation.
• Cleans work areas and equipment after treatment; maintains linens and restocks supplies.
• Aids in answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork/charts.
