Job summary

Smith Therapy Partners, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a full-time Physical Therapy Technician in Las Vegas to support therapists and patients. The role includes preparing treatment rooms, assisting patients with therapy, and maintaining equipment and records.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, with duties spanning patient intake, front desk assistance, and basic clerical tasks. Prior customer service experience and familiarity with MS Office are helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/college degree in a health field preferred.
• Experience in customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and medical software (Raintree PMS a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment room for patient following procedures.
• Assist patients with therapy apparel and setup.
• Assist in moving and positioning patients and equipment.
• Record daily notes under supervision and keep patient information confidential.
• Answer patient questions and provide information as needed.
• Assist therapists with exercises, ice/heat application, and monitoring progress.
• Educate patients on equipment use and exercises.
• Maintain clean, safe, and stocked treatment area.
• Triage phone calls and support front desk duties as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and collecting payments according to policies.
• Support during uncovered hours at the front desk as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
