ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide/OSS - Floater to support multiple clinics across Germantown, Clarksburg, Mount Airy and surrounding Maryland locations. You will welcome patients, assist with check-in, help with scheduling, and prepare treatment spaces under supervision.

Ideal candidates have healthcare or customer service experience, are 18+, and hold a high school diploma. This full-time role offers full benefits and on-site hours with a 35-hour workweek.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, scheduling, and onboarding of new patients.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up equipment, and support clinicians during therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home programs as prescribed.
