Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide/OSS Floater to support multiple clinics, floating among locations in the Washington, DC area. The role runs full-time (35 hours) with morning-to-evening hours and hands-on training to assist therapists and patients.

You will greet patients, assist with intake and scheduling, onboard new patients, prepare treatment spaces, monitor progress, and help patients perform prescribed exercises.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during daily check-in and throughout appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake/registration and assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Onboard new patients: review paperwork, verify benefits, complete medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and setting up/adjusting exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
