Job summary

Team Rehab is a therapist-owned network of outpatient clinics in Georgia. We are seeking a friendly, motivated assistant to support therapists and patients in a Canton clinic, helping with non-clinical tasks and patient guidance in a busy outpatient setting.

No prior experience or education is required, and team members benefit from on-the-job training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow within a healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in physical therapy or healthcare is a plus.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical tasks and patient support.
• Guide patients through light exercises and strengthening techniques.
• Educate patients on safe and correct use of equipment.
• Apply therapeutic modalities (heat/ice packs, electrical stimulation) as directed.
• Help patients walk safely between areas of the clinic.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Communicate with patients, therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth care.
• Observe and report any patient progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
