Princeton Orthopaedic Associates is seeking a motivated Physical Therapy Aide for a full-time, non-exempt position in Central New Jersey. You will support clinicians, prepare treatment areas, and maintain a clean, organized clinic to ensure a high standard of patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Interest in physical therapy or sports medicine preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient flow under supervision.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment before and between appointments.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Set up therapeutic equipment and supplies.
• Maintain an organized, safe clinic environment.
• Communicate professionally with patients and staff.
• Monitor and restock clinic supplies.
• Follow clinic safety and infection-control procedures.
• Perform other duties to support the clinical team.
